Why I built
The Leader’s Diagnostic
There’s a pivotal point in most founders’ journeys.

and confidence begins to wane.

Why me?
I’ve built and run several service businesses.
I’ve worked in large networks and defined corporate strategy.
I’ve sat on boards and worked as a
non-executive on leadership teams.
I’ve coached founders through investment, growth, and exit.
And I’ve all the learnings from taking a business into liquidation,
and that still hurts.
Experience really matters
I’ve worked with founders across many sectors.
They include digital services, marketing, IT,
fintech, biotech and others.
And I’ve seen the same mistake
play out.

is rarely a lack of ambition or capability….
It’s usually a misdiagnosis.
And lot’s of crucial time and energy

It’s not just the opportunity cost,
