quote_color=&#8221;#ffbf00&#8243;]I Don&#8217;t Have Answers, But They Are In Here Somewhere[\/ut_parallax_quote][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I\u2019d been there and I\u2019d had to face up to things like this many times.<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I knew what they were going through.<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Having founded several service businesses and managed fairly large teams, I knew what it was like to lead when it got tough.<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"font-weight: 400;\">My first business was in IT systems implementation and training. \u00a0I&#8217;ve always loved tech and when the opportunity came to founding a digital web agency for a global advertising network, I loved the challenge.<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It was the early days of the internet, no-one was quite sure of the blueprint, so we had to get creative and built a good business, with one client taking us &#8216;global&#8217;.<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The internet loomed ever larger which led me to the dot com boom (you had to be there) and to raising significant investment in the London capital market for my own dot com.<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"font-weight: 400;\">That was a fun day.<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>It\u2019s not always a walk in the park<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h3 style=\"font-weight: 400;\">But the dot com failed, and my dream of internet glory, along with the dreams of thousands of others, evaporated overnight in the stock market crash of 2000.<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"font-weight: 400;\">That was a really, really, really tough day, week, month, year.<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The ups and downs of a leader\u2026.<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Taking a breath, I worked internationally, running a large group of talented advertising people launching products for global brands you may well know.<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"font-weight: 400;\">That was fun, particularly the filming days.<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When my ad-man days were done, I moved into a senior role in Corporate Marketing &amp; Strategy. Lots of thinking, planning, executing, relationship building, reviewing, refining, and success on a European level.<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"font-weight: 400;\">That was fun too, but maybe once you\u2019ve done your own thing, I guess you can\u2019t rest until you do it again.<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"font-weight: 400;\">So, I did.<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"font-weight: 400;\">And the sum total of my knowledge, learnings, experience, and empathy was poured into what has become The Leader\u2019s Diagnostic.<\/h3>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Leadership is personal<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h3 style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I knew that most help available was focused on business challenges, like markets, sales, finance, product development;
